Making sure the audio settings are correct in the computer

Make sure that in the "System Settings Default Input" that INSTEAD of it being on default input, that either the "USB Mic" is the setting, or "Line-In" is the setting, depending on which you are using.
If you can't see your mic levels in your audio recording program on a Mac, go to your "Audio Midi" settings. You can find these if you go to- 1. Applications, 2. Utilities, 3. Audio Midi settings. Open this up.

Need some Instrument Ideas?

Okay people....

If you are stuck, take a look at this site. You may NOT copy one of these! You may only use them for ideas. You are required to think much more deeply here. They key word is "play". Think about resonant materials....metal, wood, glass. Think about resonant chambers, striking, plucking, whacking, rocking, moving, etc.

Take a field trip to Home Depot and just walk around and think!

Any questions? Any more issues? Post them here!
